3. Client Responsibilities

3.1 You must provide valid, government-issued photo identification at your appointment.
3.2 All information provided to us must be accurate and truthful.
3.3 You bear sole legal responsibility for the content of the documents being commissioned.


4. Payment Terms

4.1 Fees for services will be communicated at the time of booking or prior to the appointment.
4.2 Payment is due at the time of the appointment unless otherwise specified.
4.3 Refunds will not be issued for incomplete appointments due to failure to meet identification or document requirements.


5. Limitations of Liability

5.1 We are not liable for any legal or financial consequences resulting from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in your documents.
5.2 Our role is limited to administering oaths and witnessing signatures; we assume no responsibility for the use or outcomes of the commissioned document.


6. Confidentiality

6.1 We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Any personal information or document details shared with us during the appointment will remain confidential unless disclosure is required by law.


7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

7.1 Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance.
7.2 Failure to appear for your appointment without notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of payment.
